- Xpresspost (Priority)

- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within [1–3] business days.
- Delivery Estimates: Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery times vary by province:

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the final shipping price before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Canada Post tracking number. You can use this number on the Canada Post website to follow your package’s journey.

What if my package is lost or damaged? If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] at mike@phnxember.ca so we can look into it for you.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! Since we use Canada Post, we are able to deliver to P.O. Boxes across the country.
