Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively within Canada. This allows us to focus on providing the best possible service and reliable delivery times to our fellow Canadians.
Which carrier do you use? All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We use live Canada Post rates to ensure you are paying the actual cost of transport.
How long will it take to get my order? Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped:
- Local (ON/QC): 2–4 business days
- Regional: 3–6 business days
- National (BC/Maritimes/North): 4–9 business days
Can I track my order? Yes! As soon as your order is scanned by Canada Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make a change, please email us at mike@phnxember.ca as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we are happy to make adjustments. Once it has been handed over to Canada Post, we can no longer modify it.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Our store is SSL-encrypted and we use industry-standard payment processors. We never see or store your full credit card details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 15-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please see our [Returns & Refunds] page for the full details and exclusions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged? We’re so sorry! Please take a photo of the damage and email it to us at mike@phnxember.ca within 48 hours of delivery. We will send out a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
